 As a kind of LED lamp beads, LED high-power lamp beads have higher power, brightness and brightness than low-power lamp beads, so the price is also higher than low-power lamp beads. However, we should pay attention to the heat dissipation of LED high-power lamp beads or LED low-power lamp beads during use, so as not to affect their service life. Precautions for heat dissipation of LED high-power lamp beads:
 
1. Connection method:
When connecting the high-power LED aluminum substrate and the heat sink, please ensure that the two contact surfaces are flat and in good contact. In order to strengthen the bonding degree of the two contact surfaces, it is recommended to apply a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease (thermal conductivity of thermal conductive silicone grease ≥ 3.0W/m.k) on the bottom of the LED aluminum substrate or the surface of the heat sink. The thermal conductive silicone grease should be applied evenly and properly, and then fixed by pressing screws.
 
2. Heat sink requirements.
Appearance and material: if the sealing requirements of the finished product are not high, it can directly convection with the external air environment. It is recommended to use aluminum or copper fins with fins.
 
3. Effective heat dissipation surface area:
For 1W high-power LED white light (other colors are basically the same), we recommend that the total effective heat dissipation surface area of the heat sink be ≥ 50-60 square centimeters.
