1. High power LED purple lights emit high intensity ultraviolet light when used, and direct visual inspection or wearing ultraviolet goggles should be avoided to avoid eye injury.
2. High power solder paste solidification, during reflow soldering, the maximum temperature should not exceed 200 ° C
3. The maximum temperature value for product use should consider the size of the working current.
4. To avoid moisture absorption, it is recommended to store the product in a drying cabinet with desiccant. The drying conditions are: 5 ℃~30 ℃, humidity ≤ 60% HR
5. Before using products stored in high humidity environments, it is recommended to dry them under the following conditions: 60 ℃± 5 ℃/12 hours.
6. It is recommended to use it within 7 days after opening the moisture-proof packaging. If repackaging is required, please confirm that the moisture-proof bag is sealed and stored in a dry place.
7. The product must not come into contact with water, oil, or organic solutions, and it is prohibited to connect candles to deformed PCB boards.
8. Avoid mechanical pressure and excessive vibration during the cooling process of the product after soldering. Rapid cooling is not allowed after reflow.
9. Antistatic requirements: When using the product, anti-static rings or gloves must be worn, and all equipment, devices, and machines must be effectively grounded.
10. This product must be equipped with a constant current source drive.
